We try to make this process fluid and keep organized communication. Our way of accomplishing this is by using a program called Co-construct. This enables you to monitor your project, make timely decisions and keep updated on progress. 

 Plans: 

From Big to Small we can help you find the right house for you. We have a number of low cost houses that we already have plans for. If you only have bits and pieces or have the whole project in your head but need it on paper we can make an appointment with a draftsman to turn your ideas into ink and paper.  

Property:

We work closely with Local Realtors to find you the land you need. Whether it is the Best Deal or the Best Veiw, we can help you.

Long Term Financing:

Making sure you have the best team working for you is very important when it comes to your mortgage. Let us introduce you to some of the finest people in the industry. They will walk you thru the process of pre-qualification with confidence and will help you make educated decisions.

Construction Financing:

Often times the only barrier to building a new home is the Construction Financing. With much higher interest rates and large down payments a new construction home may be out of reach. Ask us about our in-house Construction Financing. We can help bridge the gap to a new home.
